Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter for a hospital system in Detroit, MI. This position is with a large Medical/Healthcare company and will be working in a fast-paced environment. Coordinates recruitment efforts for assigned hospitals and service line vacancies to attract qualified candidates to fill openings within an appropriate timeframe. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts for assigned hospitals and service line vacancies to attract qualified candidates to fill openings within an appropriate timeframe. The role will report to the office 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains Applicant Tracking System and postings to ensure SEO and JD attract qualified applicants
• Mines Candidates through ATS and weekly reports
• Sources passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and the ATS
• Monitors and updates list of vacant positions for Hiring leaders weekly
• Maintains ongoing communication with Department Managers and Directors to ensure accuracy of open positions.
• Rounding in facilities using Intake guides and SLAs to understand the unique culture and fit necessary to staff units
• Develops a strategy to include media recommendations, niche sites, and conferences to develop a pipeline
• Reviews and screens applications including internal transfers for minimum qualifications, salary discovery, and cultural fit
• Calculates salary, presents, and negotiates offers
• ERP Promotion on units and within the facility to engage current employees and identify passive candidates
• Serves as ambassador by attending community events, job fairs, and school fairs

Qualifications:

• Three plus years experience in a hospital-based HR; RN Recruiting Experience Preferred
• 2-3 years of Full Cycle Recruiting Experience
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment
• Strong internet recruiting skills Client Management Skills Ability to work independently Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Windows environment, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work onsite 2 to 3 days a week
• Multi-tasked oriented
• Ability to adhere to deadlines,
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
• Ability to lift and carry items from car to office for job fairs (requires lifting and bending in weights in the 30-pound range).
