Axios HR is hiring an outstanding service-oriented recruiting coordinator within industrial staffing for our PMP northern location. Servicing our community, applicants, candidates, employees, clients and team is the heart of Axios HR. This role is responsible welcoming, screening and onboarding of applicants. This role will support applicants, candidates, employees and recruiters.

Recruiting Coordinators at Axios HR are providing outstanding service in a rapidly changing environment and labor market. Success in this role requires outstanding service skills, positive attitude, organization skills and the ability to multi-task and operate in a very fast-paced environment. Ultimately organization and outstanding service delivery are the keys to success.

Hiring the right talent today requires a new age strategy and requires recruiters to do the unexpected to stand out. Success recruiters do not sit back and wait for talent, they have a proactive approach to attracting passive talent.

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Welcome all applicants, candidates & employees creating a positive experience
  • Support & solve common applicant, candidate and employee needs
  • Screening all applicants
  • Facilitate hire onboarding for all employees
  • Execute administrative functions to support recruiters

CORE FUNCTIONS

  • Support general office & facility needs
  • Collect employee time & data entry for outsourced payroll processing
  • Support & solve common employee relations needs to create a positive employment experience to increase satisfaction & retention
  • Unemployment related employee documentation required
  • Pre-screening & screening applicants
  • Greet applicants & visitors with a warm welcome, enthusiasm & positivity
  • Hire onboarding for new & returning employees
  • Employment documentation filing & auditing
  • Employment verification as requested
  • Answer all inbound calls creating a positive experience
  • Additional administrative functions to support recruiters, applicants, candidates & employees
