Job Description :

As a Cashier at Messa Sync, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently. You will greet customers, scan items, handle payments, and provide exceptional customer service.

Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized checkout area and assist with restocking merchandise when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and assist them with their purchases.
• Scan items and enter prices accurately into the system.
• Accept payments in cash, credit, or electronic forms.
• Provide change and receipts to customers.
• Bag purchases and ensure they are packed securely.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
• Follow all cash handling procedures and security measures.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
