Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
- Register patients by collecting and verifying personal and insurance information.
- Accurately enter patient data into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Patient Registrar or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Cerner, Meditech, and Epic EHR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
