Personnel Resources has an immediate direct hire position available working in Sales in the Destin, FL area.
Pay will be a draw with a percentage of commissions on sales. A gas and car allowance is provided monthly as well as a phone and laptop.
Working hours are Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. At first you will work in office and travel within your territory to make sales calls but eventually you will be able to work fully remote and travel.
Responsibilities :
Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to meet customer needs
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
Requirements :
Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role
Strong negotiation and closing skills - must be comfortable making cold calls
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Proficient in using CRM software
