Responsibilities include:
  • Manage and service accounts in an efficient and professional manner
  • Provide comprehensive insurance advice and recommendations to clients
  • Prepare, process, and issue quotes, policies, endorsements, and other related documents
  • Review client accounts to ensure accuracy and make recommendations to improve coverage where needed
  • Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, and underwriting guidelines
  • Handle billing inquiries and resolve issues
  • Continuously build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance carriers
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in personal lines insurance (Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, etc.)
  • Active state insurance license
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding solutions to client issues
