Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Operations Consultant for an opportunity with a client located in Des Moines.
Responsibilities:
- Determining the scope of operational improvement initiatives via consultation and evaluation
- Developing operational improvement strategies
- Recommending cost-effective solutions to operational challenges
- Restructuring departments and defining employee roles
- Facilitating training initiatives and promoting best practices
- Overseeing the implementation of operational improvement strategies
- Performing cost calculations and coordinating budgets
- Collaborating across departments to set realistic operational targets and timeframes
- Documenting processes, monitoring progress, and preparing status reports
- Integrating new technologies and promoting adherence to industry standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management science, business administration, or in a related field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations consultancy in a similar industry
- Extensive knowledge of operational enhancement strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis and business management software
- Superb leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
