System One is Hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator Near Des Moines, IA
We are seeking two skilled Heavy Equipment Operators with experience in operating skid steers and / or other heavy machinery.
The successful candidates will be responsible for handling, operating, and maintaining heavy equipment to ensure efficient and safe job site operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate skid steers and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to complete tasks on time
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Proficiency in operating skid steers and other heavy machinery
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
