Five Guys is searching for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our high-performing location in Derry, NH. As a General Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage labor costs and inventory.
• A passion for the Five Guys brand and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant (daily tasks & long-term planning).
• Lead & develop your team (coaching, training).
• Ensure Five Guys' high standards (food quality, cleanliness, service).
• Manage labor costs & inventory for profitability.
• Foster a positive work environment.
