Corporate Driver & Personal Assistant to CEO (Job would start in September)

We are a high-growth, vision/mission-focused, values-driven facilities maintenance company looking for a Corporate Driver to join our high-performing Executive Department starting in September.

Position Overview:The Corporate Driver & Personal Assistant to the CEO is responsible for transportation and errand services for the Chief Executive Officer, as well as document management and task tracking. This role requires professionalism, impeccable safety, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Available daily from 7am to 5pm (hours may vary based on CEO’s schedule).
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections and complete daily inspection reports.
• Plan and adjust driving routes for efficiency.
• Comply with all safety regulations.
• Keep updated records of business trips, vehicle mileage, and expense reports.
• Assist passengers with loading/unloading packages or luggage.
• Maintain multiple vehicles (automobiles, truck, and boat) including maintenance, registration, cleaning, insurance, and inspections.
• Vendor sourcing and small project management.
• Safely transport Executive Team members as required.

• At least one year of verifiable professional experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Must pass annual eye exams and regular drug screenings.

Compensation and Benefits:
