HYBRID role based in Denver

As an established market leader in the Design, Print, and Shipping space we empower our network of owners to build upon AlphaGraphics and PostNets demonstrated recipe for success and continuously push the creative boundaries for our end customers.
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who is passionate about maintaining brand consistency and producing high-quality visual content. This role is pivotal in ensuring our collateral meets our brand and quality standards. Reporting directly to the Lead Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing layouts for our AlphaGraphics and PostNet franchise locations, including both print and digital media.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
  • Design and produce visual materials that align with our brand identity. This includes print, signage, campaign and promotional materials, digital assets, and more.
  • Prepare and set up print-ready files, ensuring all designs can be transferred smoothly to print or digital formats without loss of quality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop coherent designs across various channels that meet strategic goals.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
  • Provide support and insight during the creation of campaign concepts and materials.
  • Work closely with external vendors and internal departments to ensure quality and consistency in all branded materials.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technology, including AI, to enhance workflow efficiency and design quality.
  • Prioritize, track, and maintain records of the elements, costs, and time schedules of multiple projects.
  • Consult with Lead Graphic Designer to evaluate individual project needs.
  • Become an expert in our brands asset library, ensuring all marketing assets are designed and uploaded according to the platforms requirements.
  • Manage work process with outside vendors, including providing instruction, reviewing proofs, providing recommendations, and presenting final proofs for approval.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your skills across a variety of mediums and platforms.
  • Strong graphic design and asset creation experience.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Premiere Pro & After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and graphic design principles.
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting print-ready files.
  • 0-3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Willingness to present and/or participate in training sessions related to branding and design.
  • Experience with basic HTML is a plus.
