Essential Functions: 

• Collaborate with Service Desk staff to provide them with the necessary documentation.
• Update existing technical content within the ticket system’s Knowledgebase to include, but not limited to, Standard Operating Procedures, known errors, FAQs, and reference material.
• Edit customer-facing how-to manuals and user guides to make them more user-friendly.
• Provide ideas on improving documentation. 

Education: 

• Associate degree in English, journalism, or related field, Required. Bachelors preferred. 

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical background.
• Excellent writing and technical communication skills and familiarity with various writing styles.
• Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products (e.g., Windows 10/11, Office 2016/365, Teams, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with documentation guidelines, formats, and processes.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other knowledgebase software.
