STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is Hiring a Learning Experience Designer Near Denver, CO
- Lead needs analysis and requirements gathering sessions using business and HR acumen and Design Thinking principles.
- Create interactive, engaging, scalable sessions incorporating facilitator guides, PowerPoint presentations, and job aids using rapid prototyping, SAM, ADDIE, and agile development approaches.
- Responsible for designing, building, and implementing business-aligned, integrated learning solutions using various techniques and tools.
- Collaborate with Leaders, SMEs, graphic designers, consultants, and other project team members on the assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.
- Actively maintains content in the repository and within LMS.
- Facilitates train-the-trainer sessions, scoping calls, project meetings, and other events.
- Able to lead both small or enterprise reaching learning design and development efforts.
- Able to develop rapid training project plans, functional training measures, and content delivery schedules.
- Location: Denver, CO - In Office, 4 days
- Travel: up to 10%
- Compensation: $93,500 to $100,000 bonus
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a comprehensive background screening
- Requires BA in Computer Sciences, Instructional Technology, Communications, Business, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a training/learning organization.
- 4 years experience creating and authoring face-to-face and VILT and eLearning solutions.
- 2 years of experience supporting a highly technical and regulated industry.
- 2 years of former classroom training delivery experience.
- 2 years of active LMS administration experience.
- Deeply experienced with Articulate Rise 360, Camtasia, Adobe Acrobat, MS365, Trello, and Lucid.
