Job Details
We are seeking a Digital Producer to join our client in the professional services industry, based in Denver, Colorado. This role will involve managing and executing digital projects, with a specific focus on WordPress. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of digital projects, including websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
Manage and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring content is up-to-date, plugins and themes are properly configured, and security measures are in place.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of content and design elements.
Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure digital deliverables meet the required standards and function correctly across different devices and browsers.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
Monitor website performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights to improve user experience and engagement.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WordPress-related issues.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance our digital offerings.
Requirements
Must possess a strong understanding of Cloud Technologies
Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) and CRM is required
Familiarity with database management is essential
Demonstrated ability to enhance Brand Awareness
Proven experience in Campaign Planning
Ability to produce high-quality Deliverables
Strong design skills, particularly in the digital sphere
Familiarity with WordPress, including WordPress Development and WordPress Plugin management
Solid Project Management skills are required
Experience in the Professional Services industry is preferred
Proven track record in managing digital projects effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Creative problem-solving skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
