Position Summary : The clerk is responsible for accurately completing routine tasks within the Central Billing Office department with appropriate attention to detail.
This role includes; processing, tracking and ensuring follow up on requests, shipping and receiving of products and supplies, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, shipping services e.
g. FedEx, courier), maintaining postage meter and service logs, maintaining supply inventory and submitting orders, preparation of transactional paper batches for scanning, maintenance of on-line insurance portal access and password assistance, maintenance of SharePoint Site, processing address corrections, processing billing records request with appropriate invoicing.
Independence Physician Management (IPM), a subsidiary of UHS, was formed in as the physician services unit of UHS. IPM develops and manages multi-specialty physician networks and urgent care clinics which align with UHS acute care facilities.
