Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Leadership: Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Global CFO to influence strategic financial decisions that drive growth and efficiency.
2. Team Management: Lead a dedicated team of 2-3 employees overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, fostering growth and excellence within our finance department.
3. Brand Development: Contribute to the development and success of a newly created manufacturing brand, leveraging your expertise to optimize production processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Manufacturing Experience: Proven track record in manufacturing operations, with a deep understanding of production processes and optimization strategies.
• Cost Accounting and Inventory Management: Proficiency in cost accounting methodologies, inventory control, and product cost analysis.
• Great Plains or Microsoft Dynamics

Compensation:

• Competitive salary range of $ 125K-145K plus 25% bonus.
