Summary

Assist the Marketing Team Coordinator with all administrative and coordination duties of the marketing team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming marketing invoices and process POs. Report to Marketing team management when spend is awry.
• Assist Account Managers with relevant reporting and organizing of expenses.
• Manage digital onboarding and off boarding of employees: email accounts, file access and certain software accounts
• Assist with access of certain software and accounts
• Be generally available to assist marketing team for whatever is needed.
• Create relevant reports (or deliver reports) when requested or scheduled

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage many tasks – focus and prioritize.
• Good customer service skills (other staff are our customers)
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Marginal Duties

Other projects or tasks as they arise. The marketing team is a collaborative team, and sometimes other team members need assistance.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one- to three-months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands

Generally a desk job. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Light lifting.
