All Med Search is Hiring a Clinical Laboratory Technologist Near Deerfield, FL
Salary, Shift, and Location:
- Competitive Salary: Minimum $24 per hour DOE night differential ($2.50)
- Full-time Nights with rotating weekends
- Location: Fort Lauderdale
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical laboratory testing following established procedures and regulatory standards
- Analyze proficiency testing samples promptly
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills in interpreting patient results
- Perform quality control procedures and document accordingly
- Monitor and manage reagents and supplies
- Stay updated with relevant education and development
- Handle critical laboratory specimens effectively and efficiently
- Assist in meeting regulatory agency requirements
- Associate degree in Medical Technology (4-year bachelor's degree preferred)
- State of Florida Technologist License (or ability to obtain during the interview process)
- Open to new graduates; training will be provided
- Proficiency in information system computer functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an organized manner following section procedure manual
- Night Shift: 7-7
- Sign-on bonus and relocation package available for candidates with significant experience
