We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a HR Coordinator in the manufacturing industry, located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The HR Coordinator will be the frontline for HR related queries and will be responsible for maintaining regular interaction with employees, overseeing appraisals, and handling confidential information. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other HRMS tools, and possess a strong understanding of HR functions including compensation administration and compliance. Must be bilingual English & Spanish. Responsibilities• Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from employees within the manufacturing sector• Oversee and coordinate the appraisal process ensuring timely completion and distribution• Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive HR information• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other HRMS tools for HR functions • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures • Assist with administering background checks and other pre-employment screening procedures • Coordinate with the HR team to implement HR strategies and policies• Support HR Generalist in managing various HR functions• Assist in compensation administration and benefit functions • Handle employee interactions with professionalism and confidentiality.
