Description

The Facilities Maintenance Attendant must be available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and 1-2 weekends each month.

Job Duties:

-Complete daily cleaning of buildings in a timely fashion, while also being responsive to Manager’s redirection to preform non-routine tasks.

-Arrive early in order to open building and ensure common areas are ready for the day

-Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, windows, and all other work areas to ensure health and visual standards are met.

-Replenish supplies, hand soaps, lotions, and bathroom items. Keep and maintain an inventory of products needed.

-Maintain all areas of clubhouse using a variety of cleaning methods including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, waxing, mopping, sweeping, and other methods as required.

-Maintain all on-course restrooms are clean, stocked and in good order.
