A construction company on Long Island is actively seeking a driven and experienced professional to join their staff as their new Controller. In this role, the Controller will oversee accounting functions and procedures.

- Tracking job costing and subcontractor payments
- Budget/cost control tracking
- Client billing and tracking
- Accounts payable for jobs
- General company expenses
- Maintaining and reconciling checking accounts
- Securing and maintaining subcontractor agreements, indemnity agreements, insurance, etc.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of related experience
- Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
- CPA
