Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Beverage Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly - Serve beverages and snacks in a timely manner - Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area - Assist in bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces - Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: - Strong math skills, including basic math for cash handling - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices - Previous experience in a customer service role is helpful - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in upselling techniques to increase sales Join us as a Beverage Server and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
