We are a manufacturer and distributor with a product offering in a variety of home categories ranging from Bath, Storage and Organization to Home Décor. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-directed and motivated Account Manager to service our relationships with national and global retail chains in the discount, off-price, mass market and department store segments. In this role, we also expect that our new team member will build new customer relationships. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changes and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. He or she must love to present to panels of prospects.

· Present new design concepts, ideas and prototypes to national accounts

· Negotiate new programs with key accounts and review potential deals with senior management

· Collaborate with design and create presentations for key account meetings

· Prepare all sales quotations in relevant portals or applications

· Lead sales, design and product development in the creation of all visual assets/decks for line review and workshop

· Partner closely with buyers to identify new opportunities/items for exclusive, private label or branded development

· Communicate potential opportunities to internal product development/design team and follow through on project execution

· Create internal quarterly sales reports to review performance at key accounts

· Lead both store and omni new item creation and set up with internal and external teams

· Travel to key account meetings regularly for meetings with buyers

· Visit retail stores to understand competitive products, price points, positioning, and understand emerging trends

· Provide a strong level of customer service

· Must enjoy traveling to customer meetings throughout the US

· Minimum of 5 years of experience buying or selling wholesale in the gift or home industry

· Ability to multi-task and achieve results in a fast-paced organization

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Hands-on and customer service oriented

· Willing to roll-up sleeves and handle occasional sales admin duties

· High degree of computer proficiency including MS Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point

· Ability to work in a smaller, team-focused group of employees with diverse backgrounds

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
