Job Requirements: Include the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.
- Receiving
- Physical receipt of inbound parts from LED panel supplier when transferred from QC, including verifying item information, quantity and locating the items in the warehouse.
- Create bin labels for all items incoming on a WMS container.
- Order Fulfillment
- Process Technician Incidents physically and virtually.
- Process customer Sales Orders virtually.
- Inventory Control
- Perform system adjustments in WMS and Sage, to mirror physical quantity when variances arise.
- Purchasing
- Add unfilled items from Sales Order and/or technician requests to the weekly parts order.
- PARTS STORE Website Maintenance
- Photographing, uploading, and mapping parts via North 49.
- LED Module RMA’s
- Prepare LED modules for transit to repair facility.
- Update and confirm information on the packing slip matches the items in the crate.
- Communication
- Parts CM (central mailbox), where internal emails are answered by coordinators.
- Routine communication follow-ups with suppliers.
Education And/or ExperienceSolid time management and computer skills, especially knowledge of Excel, having ability to track data through filtering and creating charts. Also, it is preferable that one has an acquaintance with writing working Excel formulas to aid in completion of projects.
Prospective hires should also be able to retain a well-managed Outlook account which keeps an organized record of email status, future meetings, and projects leaving pending interaction either very minimal or entirely absent among parts coordinators.
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk; and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than one hundred pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Working ConditionsWork may be performed outside of a climate-controlled environment.
