Safe Deposit Company provides cash management services across the United States, with a local Charlotte, NC cash-in-transit operation. We are growing around the Southeast, and excited to bring new members onto the team.

The Operations Manager ensures that cash-in-transit operations is running smoothly, funds reconciliation is completed timely and key company metrics are achieved.

Responsibilities include:

• Day to day leadership of the business operation
• Manages individuals
• Develops and implements NACHA and AML related compliance
• Implements and operates technology to support the business operation
• Works closely with sales to ensure operational resources meet sales pipeline
• Financial reconciliation and audit management
• Vault reconciliation and inventory management
• Industry regulatory compliance
• Other duties as assigned

• Professionalism in speech, dress, behavior and appearance

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 3-5 years of operations manager experience
• Drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT certificate of health
• Ability to lift 25 lbs, push/pull 90 lbs
• Ability to delegate, organize and prioritize tasks to set deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in CRM systems
• Good decision making, and prioritizating skills are required
• Ability to work weekends
