Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and possess strong skills in behavioral therapy and data collection.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approaches
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide training and support to staff members working with individuals with autism
- Utilize data collection methods to monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed

Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing behavior intervention plans
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and special education practices
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform treatment decisions
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices
