As an installer and fabricator, your job will include producing, installing, mounting, servicing, and repairing signs onsite in commercial, industrial, and high-rise residential settings while interacting with the customer. This will require you to drive the company van to job sites around the North Shore. Your duties will include preparing poles, buildings, billboards and other structures for installations, and then mounting the signs. They will also include configuring, assembling, or building certain types of signs inhouse.

· Installing, servicing, repairing signs at the customer site

· Producing signs inhouse using basic tools including panel saws, drills, epoxies and other tools types as required

· Driving to customer sites for set appointment times

· Communicating with customers in a courteous manner

· Problem solving in the moment as each sign is unique therefore can require different mounting solutions

· Physical Demand

o Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift over 80 lbs.

o Ascend a 12ft ladder while holding a sign

· Use basic tools including standard drill, hammer drill, vertical panel saw, jig saw, tape measure, hole digger, ladder

· Basic math and measurement skills

· Clean driving record

· Good communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently

· Detail oriented with an eye for the aesthetic of a sign well hung

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
