Job Description: Personal Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager

As JEM continues to grow and expand, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager to join our team and support our leadership in achieving our goals.
Position Overview:
The Personal Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager at JEM will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of both administrative and managerial functions within the company. This dual-role position requires exceptional organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
· Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
· Supervise personal administrative staff and provide support and guidance as needed.
· Assist in preparing documents for signature, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
· Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
· Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
· Accounting and Bill Management and Payments
· Payroll
Office Management:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, filing, and facilities.
· Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for CEO and executive team, when necessary.
· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
· Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
· Bulk mailings
