Job Description:
Senior Network Engineer for the data center is responsible for managing and maintaining the network infrastructure within the data center environment managing network infrastructure as listed below.
Must have skills
- Cisco ISE
- Cisco FTD Firewalls
- Routing (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
- Meraki SDWAN
- Meraki WIFI
- Azure Virtual WAN architecture
Nice to have Skills
- Problem solving and network troubleshooting
- Network Management and Monitoring Tools
- Network Hardware Configuration
- Load balancers and proxy
- Routing, Switching, and Security
Design and Engineering
* Contributes to long term network architecture planning for specific network services.
* Contributes to short- and long-term planning to meet network requirements.
* Facilitates efforts to establish and review network architecture, standards, and best practices for network design and implementation
* Analyzes capacity issues.
* Executes regular planned maintenance and testing activities. Ensures network infrastructure is fully compliant with security guidelines
* Anticipates changes and issues with existing network services to proactively implement solutions before they impact services.
Note: The candidate would need to travel if hired
