This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity and hybrid on-site in Frisco, TX.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience as a Network Engineer designing, implementing, and supporting various networks
- 5 years of experience installing, administering, and configuring LAN/WAN,VLAN, WLAN, and VPNs
- 5 years of experience installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment (Proxy servers, WAN accelerators, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Experience with VoIP phone systems
- Experienced with routing protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.)
- 5 years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting routers/switches
- Familiarity with cloud technologies
- 5 years of experience with Network Security (patching, updates, hardening)
- Experience with firewall configuration and management (Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki)
- Experience implementing disaster recovery procedures and data backups
- Experience with compliance tools and platforms
- Experience with POS systems
