They are seeking a plant level Environmental Engineer with manufacturing plant experience.

Duties:

· Working with local permitting agencies and National permitting agencies.

· Development, implementation, and maintenance of environmental abatement processes and procedures to ensure site compliance.

· Experience in Safety, ISO standards, OSHA, TCEQ and EPA regulators in manufacturing is desired.

Experience:

• Experience in a quality or environmental management system function within an Industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems along with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing experience
• Competent with computer software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience in EHS disciplines and regulations.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization with a measured sense of understanding for sensitive and confidential issues
• Work independently with minimal supervision for the purpose of increasing plant safety and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a related field
