The Medve Group, Inc. is currently seeking a career driven sales/customer service professional to fill the role of Leasing Agent at our 180 unit A luxury community, Bandera at Preston Hollow.

Ideal candidates will act as a company representative conveying the benefits of leasing, while maintaining positive resident relations in order to ensure maximum occupancy. He/she must be able to work weekends.

Duties:

• Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents
• Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork
• Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves
• Conducts follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations
• Attends and assists in the coordination and organization of resident relations and activities
• Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community
