• Reviews and monitors payroll/ timekeeping processes for accuracy and consistency.
• Administers updates and other duties in HR related systems. Keeps electronic records and databases up to date and accurate.
• Assists HR Specialist with orientation of new hires and temporaries.
• Keeps supervisors informed of work in progress and any problem areas.
• Supports the HR Manager in all areas of administrative services and special projects as needed.
• Assists in maintaining facility organization charts and employee directory.
• Assist employees with information needs.
• Maintain confidential employee files.
• Provides basic administrative support to HR department.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Follow Safety Procedures.

• Experience and Knowledge Required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related area highly preferred. HS Diploma required. Knowledge of HR laws, regulations and industry required.
• 1 or more years of HR experience required. 4 years in lieu of education.

• Strong interpersonal communication and training skills.
• Conflict resolution skills. Organization skills. Data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Must have good computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision.
