The Glebe in Daleville, VA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Tech. The Glebe is a premier nonprofit retirement community located on a gorgeous campus.
Mustbe 18 years of age or older and be able to read, write and follow written and verbal directions. Will have on-call hours. Prior experience in maintenance and/or grounds work is desirable. Relevant skills include multi-tasking, interpersonal relationships and effective written and oral communications. This position is responsible for performing a variety of preventative and repair maintenance duties to included plumbing, painting, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems as well as general ground work and problem solving while working on contributing to long term maintenance plans under the direction of the Director of Facilities and/or service vendors.
