Job Purpose :
Support consultation for all (new) customer issues related to Nielsen's comprehensive solutions and ensure excellent customer service in order to maintain and grow long-term customer relationships and to win new clients
Responsibilities :
Customer Responsibility / Core Tasks :
Support for existing clients with focus Back office
Support the Nielsen new business team (organize webinars, update sales presentations) Active acquisition of new customers in order to continuously expand our customer base Creative ideas for addressing customers depending on the sales segment Ensuring that media, market research and consulting solutions are made available to customers on time and on budget in close coordination with the rest of the sales team
Input and maintenance of offers in Salesforce
Provide consulting services based on independently prepared analyses based on our diverse Nielsen portfolio and support customers in the preparation of analyses Conducting software trainings for the supported customers for the application WizzAd / Nielsen Portfolio
Data analysis and preparation based on various Nielsen data sources
General administrative tasks in the area of client service and sales as well as support interface to the operational departments at Nielsen Media
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
No shying away from talking to new customers
Strong sales personality
Experience and good knowledge in customer research and acquisition
Experience in the market research or media industry is an advantage
Analysis of markets and trends
You have a degree in business / media studies (or comparable qualification desirable). You have customer orientation and commitment and the ability to identify additional potential with existing customers and to develop this potential.
Your working style is independent, effective and detail-oriented
Curiosity and interest in quickly learning new content and technologies are among your strengths
You have an affinity for media (analog and digital)
You are able to work under pressure and have team spirit
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and English are a matter of course for you
Knowledge of Nielsen tools (e.g. WizzAd and Portfolio) is an advantage Team spirit and enjoy working in an innovative and professional environment
