Role: Admin Assistant
- Location: 15305 N. Dallas Pkwy Suite #600 Addison, Texas 75001
- Hours: 8 – 5 PM CST, 1 Hour Lunch Break, On-Site Daily, no exceptions
- Contract Length: 12 Months
- Pay Rate: $14 - $16 Max
Must Haves:
- Outlook, Excel, Word, High School Diploma
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Description:
This person will be the Contract Receptionist. They will greet visitors, answer reception phone, activate guest badges, create name tags and badges for new hires and answer Team Member’s questions. Must have knowledge of Microsoft office programs and be comfortable using Outlook. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and able to adapt within a changing environment. This position requires a high school diploma.
This role truly is at a reception desk, there are not other requirements on this request.
Candidates MUST have a strong background with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
