**Overview:**

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to residents in our assisted living community, supporting their daily activities and enhancing their quality of life.

**Duties:**

- Provide direct support to residents with various needs, including dementia care.

- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

- Serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents while respecting their rights and dignity.

- Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring residents when necessary.

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in nursing homes, senior care facilities, or similar settings is beneficial.

- Familiarity with resident rights and protocols for providing personalized care.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks with patience and empathy.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and their families.

- Willingness to undergo any necessary training related to caregiving.
