Medical Record Clerk Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-4p
- Bala Cynwyd, PA
- Pay Rate: $18/hr.
- Healthcare benefits after 30 days
- Weekly pay
- Assembly, analyze and organize medical records in both paper and electronic format
- Organize and maintain physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval
- Retrieve and release medical records to authorized personnel in accordance with HIPPA
- Assist in auditing and quality control of medical records
- Accurately enter and retrieve information in electronic systems
- Maintain inventory of medical record supplies
Medical Record Clerk Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in medical records preferred
- Must have working knowledge Microsoft programs and computer navigation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to pass drug and background screening
