To my future Office Manager,
Are you a passionate Office Manager who believes in providing patient-centered care and co-diagnosing to ensure the best oral health outcomes? If you're looking to make a meaningful impact in a positive environment, we invite you to join our dental family.
As the business owner and Dentist of Diamond Hill Dental and Holliston Complete Dentistry, I genuinely care about every patient I serve, and every team member I lead. Genuinely caring is at the heart of my guiding principles and values. If you are called to serve, patient focus, and relationship-based, then I am writing to you.
 Qualifications:
  1. Leadership Skills: We need someone who can lead our teams effectively. This means being able to motivate staff, delegate tasks, and provide guidance when needed.
  2. Organizational Abilities: Managing multiple locations requires top-notch organizational skills. Our ideal candidate should be able to juggle various responsibilities such as scheduling, inventory management, and financial oversight without breaking a sweat.
  3. Excellent Communication: Clear communication is key in any healthcare setting. Our office manager should be adept at communicating with staff, patients, and vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: In a busy dental practice, issues can arise unexpectedly. We need someone who can think on their feet and find solutions to problems efficiently.
  5. Experience in Dental Practice Management: While we're open to candidates from various backgrounds, preference will be given to those with prior experience in dental office management or healthcare administration.
  6. Customer Service Oriented: Patient satisfaction is our top priority. Our office manager should be dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring every patient has a positive experience.
  7. Team Player Mentality: Our dental practice operates like a family, and we need someone to collaborate with our dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to achieve our goals.
The expert care and efforts that our village provides our patients leave them feeling seen, heard, and confident in our clinical care, thus ultimately enhancing their lives.
I also provide the members of our village with a competitive salary compensation for the expert care that they provide.
We understand the importance of enjoying our workplace with a 4 day work week. Expect team-building activities, celebrations and a supportive team that loves to have fun while working.
I am ready to extend that invitation now and I look forward to hearing from you!
If you are interested in joining a fun upbeat team of people that love to take care of patients, forward your resume to dhdmanage@gmail.com.
