Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient patient care and smooth clinic operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures.
- Administer medications under the direction of a physician.
- Perform basic life support measures when necessary.
- Provide medical administrative support including coding and billing tasks.
- Handle patient service duties such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Conduct X-Ray procedures and assist with inhalation treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and patient care protocols.
- Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact compassionately with patients.
- Knowledge of medical coding procedures is a plus.
