Position Summary:

AAA, United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Crookston, Minnesota which offers wiring harness systems and electromechanical modules to demanding customers around the world. AAA United States, Inc. is looking for experienced Electrical Wire Harness Assemblers who are seeking their next opportunity to join our world class team of technicians.

Position Summary: The Electrical Wire Harness Assembler prepares, cuts, joins, and assembles wires and wire harnesses to all related hardware such as terminals, connectors, looms, shields, etc. All this work is done under the
supervision of the Production Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and understand the tasks that are laid out on the schematics drawings or

boards.

• Read and apply the FTL (From-To Listings).
• Position and install the parts (wires, connectors, cavity plugs, shields, locks, etc.) according

to pre-established time and quality standards.

• Execute required tests and validations to ensure electrical connectivity.
• Make minor repairs as required according to procedures.
• Install and secure protective treatments over parts (electrical tape, tubing, or tie-wrap,

etc).

• Inspect the work according to Quality Plan procedures.

Qualifications:

• A few years of secondary school are required.
• Very good vision, parts and markings are very small.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Ability to be creative and learn.
• Resourcefulness.
• Ability to work at a factory-paced lead time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
