Position Summary :

AAA, United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Crookston, Minnesota that is North America's heavy-duty transit bus leader.

We are looking for experienced Wire Harness / Electrical Technician who are seeking their next opportunity in a complex and ever-changing work environment!

Essential Functions :

  • Troubleshoot wire harnesses, identify faults .
  • Make repairs (re-crimping, re-pinning, basic soldering, shrink tubing).
  • Troubleshoot modules for proper outputs, shorts, faulty equipment.
  • Provide part to QA and request a replacement part.
  • Read, interpret, and understand the tasks that are laid out on the schematics drawings or
  • boards.
  • Position and install the parts (wires, connectors, cavity plugs, shields, locks, etc.) according
  • to pre-established time and quality standards.
  • Execute required tests and validations to ensure electrical connectivity.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience.
  • Very good vision, parts and markings are very small.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Ability to read plans and specifications.
  • Ability to be creative and learn.
  • Resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work at a factory-paced lead time.
