Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing for large multiline customer orders within the SAP system and through EDI platforms
- Ensure accurate entry and processing of orders, including order creation, verification, and fulfillment, while adhering to EDI standards and protocols
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order flow and timely order fulfillment
- Address any order-related issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, pricing, and order management processes across SAP and EDI systems
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline order management operations and enhance efficiency, particularly within the context of EDI integration
- Responsible for reviewing orders for accuracy, communication of and resolution of any order issues, processing in SAP, and working with distribution center to ensure on-time fulfilment and delivery to our customer’s distribution center
