Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team of advisors.
Working Hours:
The Office Administrator position is a part-time role that offers flexibility in working hours to accommodate personal schedules and preferences. The standard schedule for the Office Administrator is 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
· Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
· Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
· Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
· Schedule appointments and manage calendars for our advisors.
· Handle client paperwork.
· Coordinate client meetings and prepare meeting materials.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
· Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficient computer skills and a general familiarity with technology and/or willingness to learn a new technology/system.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Previous experience in a financial services or related industry is preferred but not required.
