  • Email Management: Efficiently handle and respond to various email inquiries related to general questions, student issues, accounting, and more.
  • Call Handling: Provide support by answering incoming phone calls, ensuring all queries are directed appropriately.
  • Customer Relations Management (CRM): Log customer interactions accurately to maintain and improve customer relationships.
  • Order Processing: Handle orders and shipments with precision, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage accounts payable and receivable, maintain budget compliance, and prepare detailed financial reports.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to legal and tax obligations and manage comprehensive insurance coverages.
  • Operational Support: Assist in venue bookings, event management, and backend operations of educational platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to coordinate efforts and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Training Support: Contribute to the creation and distribution of educational materials and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, operations, or a related field.
