Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, door hanging, caulking, painting, drywall, fixture hanging/replacement, insulation, finishes, and job site maintenance/cleanup.
- Follow instructions and blueprints to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Primary role being a runner for job sites, performing on site admin tasks (pic taking, punch lists, etc...) also maintaining job sites. Depending on career goals and performance could be a transitionary postion into Project Management
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.

Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with schematics and blueprints is a plus.
- Understanding of various trades is a plus.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
