- Provide expert guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
- Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose effective solutions
- Promote sales through various channels, such as advertisements, open houses, and our extensive listing services
- Showcase and market real estate properties to potential buyers
- Prepare and handle necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements

- Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
