  • Provide expert guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
  • Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose effective solutions
  • Promote sales through various channels, such as advertisements, open houses, and our extensive listing services
  • Showcase and market real estate properties to potential buyers
  • Prepare and handle necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
  • Strong ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Friendly, pleasant, and trustworthy demeanor
  • Familiarity with MS Office software
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years or older
