Our client, a reputable organization, is in search of a licensed Corporate Attorney to provide exceptional legal services. This role offers a unique opportunity for those with a broad understanding of the law and a passion for serving diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on marketing ads and licensing for advertising on Google and social platforms
- Advise on a wide range of legal matters relevant to the organization's requirements
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for the client
- Represent the client in court and in negotiations with other parties
- Conduct and direct legal research to aid decision-making.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Must be a licensed attorney, in good standing with the State Bar of California or licensed in multiple states.
- Proficient in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- At least 5 years of experience in general legal practice
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
