THE ACCIDENT NETWORK LAW GROUP is a COSTA MESA based Plaintiffs Personal Injury Firm that is looking for a Paralegal to join our growing team.

We are expanding our Litigation Department and are in immediate need of a seasoned Paralegal.

As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in the personal injury department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations relevant to personal injury cases.
• Drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and filing them with the proper venue.
• Assisting in the preparation of legal briefs and other court documents.
• Managing and organizing case files, including document production, indexing, and electronic filing.
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Coordinating, calendaring, scheduling meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Providing general administrative support to attorneys as needed

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

- Bilingual (Spanish)

- Experience in Personal Injury 1-3 Years (pay is based on experience)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law.
• Strong understanding of legal research methods and databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
