What you'll do as our Real Estate Manager/Business Development Manager:
Use your deep knowledge of the California market to evaluate and select real estate. This will include site tours and creating site approval presentation packages.
Vet and select optimal locations and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Project management- Manage brokers, LOIs, lease negotiations, work letters, manage budgets for construction
Lead market analysis, develop strategic partnerships, negotiate deals, manage contracts and drive innovative growth strategies in both business and real estate.
Market research and Analysis- identify business opportunities and optimal real estate locations through thorough market research
Strategic Partnerships and Real Estate negotiation - develop strategic partnerships and negotiate favorable terms for both business and real estate ventures
Sales and Contract Management- apply strong sales acumen and effective contract management skills
Innovative thinking- drive overall growth strategy through innovative thinking
Experience you need to be successful:
5 year's experience with a deep understanding of the US real estate market
Strong relationships with brokers in California and across the US
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Strategic mindset with strengths in budgeting, development, recognizing opportunity and managing architects and contractors
Keen ability to navigate ambiguous situations with a way-maker mentality
